At Dr. Buzby's ToeGrips, we want your dog to walk with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If the fit or grip isn't perfect for your pup, we are happy to facilitate a return or exchange for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the ToeGrips in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
